Israeli women 'raped' in India

A 25 year old Israeli woman allegedly raped by a gang in the state of Himachal Pradesh, India.
The police statement said the incident began when the woman up the vehicle he mistook for a taxi on Sunday (24/07) morning in the resort town of Manali, near the Himalayas, to meet his friend at Keylong, not far from Manali.
Inside the car there are six men, two of whom were allegedly raped when cars drove up, police said.

The police official, Padam Chand, said the operation has been deployed to search for the alleged perpetrator.
"We have researched the recording camera recorders and expected the suspects could we capture as soon as possible," said Chand told AFP news agency.
"We have also been informed of these incidents to the Israeli embassy," he added.
Manali is very popular with both domestic and foreign tourists because the valley is very beautiful.
But the beauty of this tourist destination 'marred by several cases of crime' in recent years, which makes women as victims.
